Experience
Mr. Peck is a valuation expert with more than thirty years of experience performing valuations for tax, financial reporting, litigation and transaction advisory purposes. Tom has extensive experience valuing businesses, equity classes, and intangible assets for a variety of purposes, including estate and gift taxation, business combinations, purchase price allocations, impairment testing, marital dissolutions, shareholder disputes, stock-based compensation, and fair value (mark-to-market) accounting.

Tom's experience as a valuation expert encompasses a wide range of industries, including automotive supply, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, retail and wholesale distribution, construction, software & technology, healthcare, financial services, restaurants, entertainment, communications, family limited partnerships, and numerous other industries.
Prior to joining Bodmer Price, Tom was a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, specializing in valuations for financial reporting purposes. Prior to his tenure at PwC, Tom was a principal at Rehmann Consulting, and a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps, providing services to both corporate clients and asset management (private equity, venture capital and hedge fund) clients.
