Robert J. Musur, ASA

Robert is a Managing Director of Bodmer Price where he leads the firm’s business development team.  Bob is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) from the American Society of Appraisers.  He formerly served as the Membership Chair of the Chicago ASA, a chapter which won two national awards for best chapter membership.

Experience

Mr. Musur is a valuation expert with more than three decades of experience performing valuations for acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures, including nearly two decades as a senior partner at a Big Four accounting firm advising clients on a wide range of valuation-related matters.

Mr. Musur has extensive experience in business valuations, intangible assets, securities, and stock compensation across a variety of industries, including the automotive, entertainment, advertising, consumer/food/retail, and manufacturing sectors. He has provided valuations for tax, financial reporting, restructuring and dispute engagements.

Prior to joining Bodmer Price, Mr. Musur was a director in Cohen & Company’s Advisory Practice, specializing in tax and financial reporting valuations.
